Reliable choice for roses

I've purchased from Plants By Mail several times now, mostly roses. This time I got a 'Knock Out Rose' bush, and it was just as expected: healthy, good size, and packaged carefully. They consistently deliver quality plants. My previous order of 'Drift Roses' also arrived in great condition and are thriving. The consistency is why I keep coming back. Shipping generally takes about 5 days to reach my location, which is pretty standard. I did notice the soil was a bit drier than usual on this last order, but nothing a good watering couldn't fix.

Reliable plant source

This isn't my first time ordering from Plants by Mail, and once again, they delivered. I got a couple of Knock Out Roses this time, which arrived in great condition, just like the Hydrangeas I bought last spring. They consistently package their plants well, so there's minimal damage during transit. The plants always look robust, not stressed at all. My only wish is that they offered a wider selection of fruit trees more often, but for flowering shrubs, they're my go-to.

Happy with my new plant

So, I decided to finally get a Japanese Maple for my yard. I ordered it from here, and honestly, I was a bit nervous about getting a plant shipped. But it came, and it looked really good! The box was a bit squashed on one corner, but the plant inside was totally fine. It's been a few weeks, and it's doing great. Super happy with it, felt easy to order too.

Good quality, delivery needs work

I ordered two 'Endless Summer Hydrangeas' last month. They arrived well-packaged and looked healthy, which was a relief since I've had bad luck with online nurseries before. The plants themselves were robust, and I've already got them in the ground. My main gripe was the shipping time; it took over a week to get to my house in Florida, and the tracking information wasn't always up-to-date. Also, one pot had a small crack, but the plant inside was fine. Overall, good value for the price, but they could improve on delivery speed and packaging durability.

Plants arrived well

Got a Meyer Lemon Tree. It came quickly. Packaging was good. Plant looked healthy. No problems. Would use again.

Good deal on Gardenias

I was looking for some Gardenias and found a good price here during their seasonal sale. I also used a first-order discount which made it even better. The plants arrived in about 6 days, a little longer than I hoped, but they were in decent shape. Considering the savings, it felt like a worthwhile purchase overall. I planted them right away and they seem to be settling in well.

Beautiful plants, quick delivery!

I just received my order of Butterfly Bushes and they are absolutely gorgeous! The plants were packed so carefully, not a single leaf out of place. They arrived super fast too, much quicker than I expected. I'm so happy with this purchase, the plants are healthy and vibrant. I will definitely be ordering from Plants by Mail again soon!

Healthy Azaleas, good service

I ordered two Encore Azaleas, Autumn Royalty, from Plants by Mail. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. They shipped quickly, and the plants arrived in about 4 days, well-packaged and very healthy. I contacted customer service with a question about planting zones, and they responded within a day with helpful advice. The only minor issue was one of the plant tags was slightly bent, but the plant itself was fine. I'm pleased with the quality and their support.
